Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LowlandTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 32-0850743, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34069, Casper, WY 82609) ("LowlandTech", "we", "us"). By using the LowlandTech service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
LowlandTech provides agentic AI software manufacturing pipelines. Customers submit specifications via the Service and receive manufactured artifacts (source code, configurations, and deployment assets) produced by autonomous AI agents. The Service is sold as monthly subscriptions with per-tier usage limits.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
You must be a business customer aged 18 or over to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe for card payments; Wise for bank transfers). Prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. EU business customers are responsible for self-assessing VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to manufacture code that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, or that is intended for malicious purposes (malware, unauthorized access tooling, etc.). We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
5. Intellectual Property
You own the code our agents manufacture for you. LowlandTech retains all rights in the Service itself, including the pipelines, agent orchestrations, and underlying models. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our platform to you.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that manufactured artifacts will be free of defects, fit for any particular purpose, or compliant with specific regulations. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all manufactured output before deployment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowlandTech's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases; artifacts already delivered to you remain yours.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on your account at least 14 days before taking effect.
